The North Bay Fire Control District is accepting employment applications for the position of Firefighter/EMT or Firefighter/Paramedic.

Compensation:

• The starting salary for EMT is $53,348 to $64,890 depending on qualifications.
• The starting salary for Paramedic is $61,962 to $73,504 depending on qualifications.

Benefits:

• 175 retirement with 3.75 multiplier 25 years and out.
• $1,000.00 annually for education
• Incentive pay program up to $9,977.64
• Employee medical insurance paid in full, 95% family medical insurance coverage.
• 48/96 shift schedule.

Minimum requirements:

• 18 years of age or older
• Must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License
• Must possess a current Florida Paramedic or EMT Certification
• Must possess a Florida Certificate of Compliance as a Firefighter
• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must pass a drug and background screening investigation
