The North Bay Fire District is accepting applications for two full-time firefighter positions. One position is expected to start in September 2025, and the other in December 2025.
We are seeking motivated, team-oriented individuals who are committed to providing high-quality emergency services and serving our community with pride and professionalism.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• Must possess a valid Forida Drives License
• Must possess a valid state of Florida EMT or Paramedic License
• Must possess a Florida certificate of compliance as a firefighter
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must pass a drug and background screening investigation
• Must pass pre-employment physical

What We Offer:

• 175-retirement with 3.75 multiplier and 25 and out
• $1,000.00 annually for education
